What is Fascents' Closet?

Fascents’ Closet is an online Fashion house created to meet the fashion needs of the young and the young at heart. We feature an exciting range of ready to wear products, accessories, cosmetics and couture for men and women from popular brands as well as our own brands, therefore allowing our customers the luxury of choice.

Our aim is simply to make high end fashion available and more affordable for all.


Do I need to create an Account?

Not necessarily. However, creating an account with us will help add you to our database, and you won’t miss a thing from our promos, discounts, and other great offers, as well as trends and the latest info in the FC blogYou can always create an account any time you wish to here and view your account details by selecting My Account in the menu.

How do I place an Order

Its pretty straight forward. If you see something you wish to purchase simply add the items to your cart by clicking the add to cart button. Once you’ve selected all the items you wish to purchase, simply click the cart icon on the menu and click the checkout button. And after filling the form with the desired shipping information and selecting a preferred payment option, click the order now button. A confirmation email containing the details of your purchase as well as the delivery time will be sent to the email address filled in, and that’s it. Enjoy your purchase.

Please note that all items purchased should be thoroughly checked before payment is made (when selecting pay on delivery option). And for those who prefer to pay before items are delivered, please check the delivered items properly. Items that have been damaged or have been with the customer for more than 3 days cannot be returned. For more info on delievery and returns, see Here..

Can I request for an item that is "Out of Stock"

Unfortunately you can’t. However, you can notify us by email (in which case it shall be treated as a special request – no extra charges implied) and a reply will be send as soon as the item becomes available again.

How would I know my Order/Purchase is successful?

You will recieve an email confirming the successful completion of orders placed.

Can I Cancel/Change my Order after confirmation?

To cancel an order after confirmation, simply call or send us an email, giving details about the order you wish to cancel. Also, to change an order, simply cancel the first order and make another.


What Payment Options are available?

The Payment options currently available are

  1. Payment on Delivery and
  2. Bank Transfer

Any personal information stored on our servers is completely safe and will not be used for any extraneous purposes outside of direct dealings between customers and without the express permission of the customer. For more on this please see our privacy policy.

Delivery Times, Zones (Areas), and Charges?

All Deliveries within Lagos have a shipping rate  of ₦1000 flat. Deliveries outside of Lagos range between ₦2000 – ₦3500 depending on your location, weight / size and other packaging details. All Shipping costs are calculated and factored in upon checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Lagos are typically made in 2-3 work days. Deliveries outside of Lagos however may take a bit longer (4-5 work days). for more on deliveries see here.

Do you deliver to Offices?

Yes. We deliver to Offices, homes, and any traceable address in Nigeria supplied in the shipping details form upon placing an order.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately No. At the moment we do not ship internationally. However, this could change very soon. Watch this space.

My Order was not delivered. What should I do?

Your order was not delivered? Relax. Simply Call +2347089277122 or send us a mail at – [email protected], and you will be attended to promptly.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the ship date with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.
